Most RACI tools are just a blank grid. This one checks your work as you fill it in: it flags any task with no accountable owner or more than one, and shows how much work each role carries. Add tasks and roles, set R, A, C or I, then copy the matrix as a table, download CSV or print. Free, no signup, and it runs in your browser so nothing is uploaded.
Hi, I'm Numan, I run OpsGrit, a publication on automation and operations. A RACI matrix is easy to make and easy to get wrong, usually by giving a task two owners or none. I built this to flag those problems as you fill it in. It's free, needs no signup and keeps your data in your browser. I'd love to hear what's missing, or which checks would help you.
