Hey Product Hunt 👋 We're the team behind OpsFusion.

We built OpsFusion because we got tired of paying enterprise prices for a pager.

Every on-call tool we evaluated turned out to be a platform with a pager bolted onto it. Published self-serve rates at the bigger tools run from about $15 to $41 per user per month depending on the tier, billed annually. The parts our team actually touched were a rotation and an escalation policy and something that reliably wakes a human at 3am. The rest was surface area nobody was ever going to open. Then Atlassian ended new Opsgenie sales in June 2025 with support running out in April 2027, and a lot of teams had to go shopping whether they wanted to or not.

So the scope here is narrow on purpose. OpsFusion does on-call scheduling and alerting and stops there. You get rotations with overrides for PTO and shift swaps. Escalation can hand off to another person or to a different team entirely. A page reaches someone by email, SMS, or a voice call. You acknowledge by replying to the text or pressing a digit during the call. It is $10 per user per month flat with every feature included and nothing sold as an add-on.

The thing that actually changed while building it was our own definition of done. We started out benchmarking against competitor feature lists and kept adding work because someone else had shipped it. The rule that finally stuck was to build only what helps get the right person paged or helps them stop the paging once they are on it. That is why muting a team during an active outage got built early. It is also why a repeat of an alert that is already open rolls up onto the existing one instead of waking someone a second time. Plenty of louder features never made the cut.

There is a 30-day trial and it does not ask for a card. Happy to answer anything here.
