We built Opintell after noticing a common challenge across manufacturing environments: critical knowledge is often buried inside SOPs, machine manuals, troubleshooting guides, maintenance records, and the experience of senior engineers.
When a machine issue occurs, employees often spend valuable time searching through documents or waiting for someone with the right expertise to help. As organizations grow, knowledge becomes harder to access, transfer, and preserve.
Opintell was created to solve this problem.
By using AI, Opintell transforms factory documentation into a searchable knowledge assistant that helps engineers, supervisors, operators, and maintenance teams find answers, troubleshoot issues, and access operational knowledge instantly.
