Love that Sona’s fully integrated—no duct tape setups. Curious, how does it handle context handoffs when a human needs to jump in mid-call or follow up? That seamless switch is where most AI callers drop the ball.
hi sona looks exciting. i could not find documentation about the types of activities sona can do ($50/month add on to $20/35/50 base plan) without entering a credit card to get in and see for myself. :/
screenshots showed a couple of capabilities, and here you mentioned folks can copy/paste in knowledge.
do you have a list of capabilities for sona that can be added? $1 per call on top of $50-add-on on top of base seems quite hefty indeed
