Looks like a great way to get some leverage and grow some engagement. My impression with the replies it wrote in the examples though was that they were clearly AI-generated. Is the customer able to provide custom prompting for tone of voice, and things not to say? I think there's a risk that an obviously AI comment could hurts your brand.

2. Why we need use chatbot to setup a task? And the setup process will consume credits too......
