Sharing OpenAI Academy, which OpenAI has now launched as a public, free online resource hub focused on AI literacy for everyone. It's amazing to see OpenAI is expanding significantly on their previous internal/developer programs.
The goal of this product is to democrate access to AI knowledge, helping people from all backgrounds understand and use tools like ChatGPT effectively and responsibly.

📚 Learning Content: An expanding library of on-demand videos, tutorials, and resources covering AI basics up to more advanced topics. 🤝 Partner Content: Includes materials from collaborators like Common Sense Media, Georgia Tech, Goodwill, and others. 🗓️ Events: Plans for virtual workshops and discussions (with potential in-person events later). 🌍 Broad Audience: Aimed at educators, students, job-seekers, nonprofits, small businesses – not just developers.
It's currently in English, with plans to expand languages. It is a fantastic and much-needed resource for anyone wanting to get up to speed on AI.
Love the Developer Build Hours, great to hear from OpenAI devs directly! Even though API docs are really good, there was a gap between all the different ways to use it when building an application, I had to dig into existing open source projects to figure out most common patterns.
