Hello everyone, we have added a fun mini-game in the app called "Love Challenge."
In this game, players have to win back their upset girlfriend's heart within 10 dialogues. The reasons for her anger can be diverse, making it quite a challenge. Come and give it a try!
I tried it today because the concept sounded hilarious! It was an interesting game and I could really see this working and taking off if the positioning, product strategy, and game dynamics are improved.
It was very difficult. I failed despite trying my best to fix the situation in various ways (I tried the "came home late").
Here is my feedback:
- There might be a bug. It always shows -5 under the messages even if sometimes the progress bar goes up. This was confusing because I didn't know if I was progressive in the right direction or not.
- Auto-complete is turned off which is super annoying. The keyboard experience is sub-part. The text input is all on one line which is difficult to type on and see. I would expect this to be more like iMessage or WhatsApp to be easy to use.
- There should be difficulty rankings. I think I went for one of the hardest one without realizing and it was quite stressful.
I would personally share the game with my guy friends for fun and for competition purposes but because this is not this app's main purpose I won't do it. The main purpose is AI companions and I don't think they are interested in that but more importantly: this makes me look bad if I refer this kind of app to download.
If there was a standalone app that was just the game, I would definitively feel much more comfortable sharing it for the reasons listed above. Very funny concept. High potential
