I built OnTrack because every task app I tried was good at telling me
what I owed and useless on the days I couldn't start.
So it starts differently. It picks one task for you, using your
deadlines, the energy you reported, and the hours you actually get
work done in. Then it starts a clock and protects that block.
Two things I care most about:
A rest token. One a week. If a day goes by with nothing logged, it
spends itself and that day counts as rest instead of breaking your
streak. Most apps punish you on exactly the days you needed help.
A letter every Monday. Two short paragraphs about the week you had.
It names what you finished and notices the low day you showed up
anyway. It never compares you to last week and never scolds you.
No account, no server, nothing leaves your device. $4 once, because
