OneList for Task Paralysis
Focus on one task at a time without getting overwhelmed
OneList is a simple iOS task app for people who get overwhelmed by normal to-do lists. Instead of showing you everything at once, it helps you focus on one goal and one active task at a time. Extra tasks go into a queue, staying out of sight until you’re ready for them. It’s built for task paralysis: when seeing the whole list makes it harder to start.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built OneList because normal to-do list apps kept making me feel more overwhelmed, not less.
When I had a long list of tasks in front of me, I’d spend more time scanning, reorganizing, and stressing about everything I needed to do than actually starting. The list itself became part of the problem.
OneList takes a different approach: one goal, one active task, and a queue for everything else. You can still dump all the tasks you need to do, but they stay out of sight until you’re ready for them.
The idea is simple: reduce the visual and mental noise so starting feels easier.
I’d love feedback from anyone who struggles with task paralysis, procrastination, or getting overwhelmed by traditional to-do lists.
