Run open-source apps on a server that's only yours, without per-seat fees. Pick one of 105 apps and a region, see the exact price, and a few minutes later it runs on its own server with a web address, TLS certificate and nightly encrypted off-site backups. Add your own domain, update, resize or move region from the dashboard. You pay for the server by the hour, capped monthly. The price follows the server, not your headcount.

Hi Product Hunt! Happy to share OneDeploy with you today.

Why we built it: small teams choose between two things. A subscription is easy, but it is never yours and it charges per seat, so every new colleague makes the bill bigger. An open-source app on your own server is yours, but someone has to look after the server: certificates, backups you actually test, updates, restores. We wanted the middle: the app you want, on a server that's only yours, without the chores.

What it does:

- Pick one of 105 apps and one of 33 regions, and see the exact price before you deploy.

- A few minutes later it runs on its own server with a web address, TLS certificate and admin account. One app per server, on purpose.

- Nightly encrypted off-site backups. Restore in place or into a new service.

- Add your own domain, update in one click, resize, or move to another region with your data.

- You pay for the server, by the hour, capped each month. No per-user fees, and billing stops the hour you delete it.

For example, Chatwoot runs from $23.57/month in Germany (a live quote, prices change), where Zendesk Suite Team for 10 agents is €550/month.

Which per-seat tool would you move off first?

The restore-into-a-new-service detail is the one that would convince me — being able to verify a backup without touching the live copy is exactly where self-hosting usually gets scary. With one app per server, how do you handle an app that needs a companion service, like a database or a worker, or is that deliberately out of scope for now?

Restoring into a new service is the backup option I'd care most about. It gives you somewhere to check the result before touching the copy people are using.
