Hi Product Hunt 👋 We built One Works because AI development workflows were becoming fragmented: every agent had its own configuration, tools, sessions, and UI, and switching between them meant rebuilding the same setup again.
Our approach is to make the project workspace—not a single model or client—the source of truth. Configure your agents, adapters, tools, plugins, and skills once, then use the same workflow from the desktop app, web UI, VS Code, or CLI. One Works is open source (MIT) and supports Codex, Claude Code, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, OpenCode, and more through extensible adapters.
