I made this for myself as a founder trying to get product feedback. Most survey emails get ignored because the survey lives somewhere else. Readers have to click away, load a form and answer ten questions. So I built One Question, which puts a single question right inside your email.
How it works:
Write your question and pick an answer type: Faces, Yes / No, a 1–5 list or Open text.
Copy it and paste it into your own Gmail or Outlook email.
Readers tap an answer, then tap Confirm on a short page. That's it.
What makes it different:
Only real answers count. Email security tools often click links automatically. The Confirm step means you see Confirmed and Provisional counts side by side, and only confirmed answers count.
An optional follow-up question. After someone confirms, you can ask one more question, like their role or how they found you. That's the asterisk in the name.
Your own thank-you page. Set the heading, message and a button link.
Plain email-safe buttons. No forms or scripts that inboxes strip out or mark as spam.
Anonymous by design. Answers aren't tied to a person.
