I built Onces as software for those moments.
You describe what needs sorting in ordinary language. Onces creates a simple link with the questions people need to answer. Participants open it in any browser, without creating an account or downloading an app.
As the organiser, you can see who has opened the link, who has started and who has finished. Onces helps move the group forward with small, truthful nudges. When the job is done, the working data clears away on the schedule you chose.
The goal is simple: make coordination feel lighter, not more official.
