Top comment

Hi everyone, I’m Sumaia, founder of OnBordly. I built OnBordly because many small and remote teams still manage HR with spreadsheets, scattered documents, and manual approval flows. That becomes messy very quickly as the team grows. OnBordly brings core HR operations into one workspace: employee records, onboarding, leave, attendance, documents, benefits, payroll-lite workflows, performance reviews, project boards, resignation workflows, and HR analytics. The goal is to make HR operations simpler and more affordable for growing teams that do not need a heavy enterprise HR system. I’d love your feedback on the product, positioning, and which HR workflows you think we should improve next.
