Hey PH 👋 I'm Harshit — CS undergrad, solo developer.
I started building OnboardFlow to sharpen my skills.
It turned into a real product because the problem
turned out to be real.
The core issue: SaaS products lose most signups before
users ever reach their "aha moment." No visibility into
where they drop off. No system to follow up.
What I built to fix it:

→ npm install onboardflow
→ Two function calls to integrate
→ Dashboard shows your funnel breakdown per step
→ Drip emails auto-send when users go quiet
→ Send Nudge button to manually re-engage stuck users
📋 For small businesses (no code)
→ Email list management
→ Contact campaigns
→ Drip sequences from the dashboard
It's an MVP. The core loop works end to end —
tested with real emails hitting real inboxes.
I built everything alone — the SDK on npm, the
multi-tenant backend, the dashboard, the cron system.
Learned more from this than anything else I've done.
