After using Pocket for many years the new redesign with less features triggered me to search an alternative Read it later App. As a Readwise User there is for sure a very nice App for this purpose. But somehow I stumbled upon Omnivore as it was mentioned in the Obsidian and Logseq Community (Omnivore has plugins to sync with those both Apps) and I immediately enjoyed the Reading experience. It renders Articles in a very appealing and easy to read way. There are nearly no issues with formatting so Omnivore really stands out. With a Web App and the iOS, iPadOS & Android Apps it's available on all platforms. There is also an active Discord community with the involvement of the Developer.

Exploring the convergence of digital and physical with Omnivore. Fascinating concept!

Thanks for sharing this. I think it can be a nice alternative to other bookmarking apps out there.

I've been using Omnivore for almost a year, I was initially drawn by its integration with logseq, but Omnivore is way more than that, right now it's my go-to solution for capturing info across devices. It would be great if it could support epub reading in the future.

I use this app daily. It is a full fledged read it later app that delivers actual complete content and does it well. It also has a very capable vanity email addresses and can receive your newsletter subscriptions for you, freeing your inbox. This app is well worth it and it's FOSS, making it even more worthwhile.

That’s awesome. I was looking for something like that so pleased to see this solution. Will give it a try!

As a news junkie myself, I'm excited about the prospect of avoiding the inevitable daily buildup of Google tabs we all endure. I also like that you can interface directly with the content through the app.
