Hi Product Hunt! I’m Luc, the maker of Omilo. I built it to make face-to-face conversations easier when two people don’t speak the same language.
Put one phone between you: each person has their own side of the screen. Hold your button to speak, then release it to hear and read the translation on the other side. Omilo supports 13 translation languages and is available on iPhone and Android.
An account and paid access are required to use the translation service. I’d love your feedback on the shared-screen experience: where would you find it most useful, and what would you improve?
