I built OfferTrail because I was job hunting myself and kept losing the thread — applications piling up, no clean way to remember who I'd followed up with, which interview was next, or which application had gone quiet.
I shipped the first live version on July 28th. My original plan was a simple list to track applications, but pretty quickly it was obvious that wasn't enough — job searches involve stages (applied → interview → offer), reminders, and a lot of repetitive data entry. That's what pushed me toward the board/table views and AI autofill, so you're not retyping the same company/role details every time.
It's still early and in beta — I'd genuinely love feedback on what's missing, what's confusing, or what would make this actually useful for your job search. Happy to answer any questions here!
