Hi everyone! 👋
I'm incredibly excited (and honestly a little nervous) to finally share Odyssey.
History has always been one of my biggest passions, but I always felt the internet made it surprisingly difficult to explore.
Everything lived in separate places—Wikipedia, books, videos, maps, timelines—but rarely connected into one coherent journey.
After visiting the American Museum of Natural History last year, I came home inspired to build the kind of experience I'd always wanted to use myself.
Over the following months I spent evenings and weekends building Odyssey from scratch.
The mission is simple:
Make learning history feel like exploration.
Not memorization.
Odyssey is completely free because I genuinely want as many people as possible to discover and enjoy history.
I'd love to hear what you think, what surprised you, and what you'd like to see next.
Thank you so much for checking it out!

Who hunted Odyssey?
Odyssey was hunted by Charan K. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
