Gamified pomodoro study app

I made a gamified pomodoro timer, called Octodoro. I often run low on motivation when studying so I'm interested in building tools to keep me in the game! It's completely free as of right now and I'd appreciate some visitors and feedback!

Great design! .. gamifying time tracking is a great concept. Hint text on-hover on icons (href "title") would be nice. A one sentence summary on the first screen answering "where am I, what can I do here" would be nice. Or, some floating action button with a "?" would be nice with hover or popover text that offers some instructions / explanation.

My friend is always looking for new tools to help them be more productive. I think they would enjoy this gamified Pomodoro timer, so I'll be sure to share it with them

It could be useful to add a feature that allows users to see their productivity stats after each session. This could give them extra motivation and insight into their progress.

I have tried different Pomodoro timers in the past, but what makes this one stand out is the way it incorporates gamification. This creative approach makes the technique more interesting compared to traditional timers.

Congratulations on your launch! The design is visually appealing, and the approach to productivity is innovative. Some suggestions : Adding a task with a keyboard shortcut could enhance usability. Also, sorting tasks by length (short, long, Pomodoro) might improve the workflow. Tooltips for the icons on the top could help users understand their functions better. The red color is striking—any particular reason for choosing it?

I’m curious about how this tool handles different study needs. If there were options to set different types of timers or track progress over time, it could better cater to varied study habits.

I appreciate the free offering, but I'd love to see some guidance on how to use the tool effectively.

Congrats on the launch! This design is great - anything that can help add a spark of motivation to our time online is awesome. What does the house icon do? I think tooltips could help for the icons on the top potentially.

The leaderboard feature is a nice touch. It might be helpful to include options for different work intervals or breaks based on personal preference.

Gamifying productivity tools is a clever idea. It would be great to see some customization options for different types of tasks.

This pomodoro timer looks like a fun way to stay productive. The gamified aspect could really help keep motivation high.

Managing motivation with a game-like timer is an interesting approach. The leaderboard is fun!

Good to see a fresh take on the classic pomodoro timer! The gamification aspect is unique. It might be useful to have notifications for breaks or task transitions.

To mange study sessions this tool seems like a solid way . The free availability is a nice bonus.

What a brilliant idea!! I can find myself more productive by using this app! Congrats on the launch Max!!

It's great that this tool is free, but I’m interested in how you plan to keep it updated and supported. Are there plans for future features or improvements?
