I'm Rithvik, and I built Nullchat because I was tired of every chat app wanting my phone number, email, and a permanent copy of everything I said. Sometimes you just need a private room for a few minutes, not another account to manage.
So Nullchat keeps it simple:

While building it, my main focus was making sure nothing sticks around: no accounts, no stored history, and invite links that only work once. Every feature had to pass one test: does this leave a trace? If it did, it didn't ship.. That shaped a lot of the decisions.
