Hey Product Hunt! 👋
We built Nudge because we lived the problem. After hiring 100+ people, the pattern was the same–interviews would finish, and the feedback would either arrive three days late in a half-written scorecard, or not at all.
The issue isn’t that interviewers don’t care. It’s that nobody wants to log into an ATS and fill out a form after back-to-back meetings. People get busy, life happens.
So we built a Slack bot that messages interviewers right after their interview and asks one simple question: “How did it go?” They reply in free text, like they’re messaging a colleague and Nudge uses AI to structure it into consistent, comparable feedback. Everything rolls up to a single role page your hiring team can actually use.
No new logins. No scorecards. No chasing people on Slack yourself.
We’re starting with teams of 10–150 people who are hiring but don’t have the luxury of a recruiting ops team to enforce process. If you’ve ever lost a great candidate because feedback took too long, this is for you.
Would love to hear how you’re currently handling interview feedback and what’s broken about it. Happy to answer any questions!
