Hi Product Hunt. We built Novus PDF Studio so common PDF work can happen without uploading the document. It is free, accountless, and ad-supported. The editor can fill, sign, highlight, white-out, and export real PDF text, while focused tools handle page operations and local OCR. Important limits: drawn signatures are not certificate-backed, cover is not secure redaction, OCR supports English, French, and Spanish and needs review, and large files depend on browser memory. Please inspect important exports before submitting them.
If you want to see what it does in about a minute, these three routes cover most of it.
Fill and sign a form. Open the editor, drop a PDF in, add text and a drawn signature, export. What comes out is real PDF text, not a flattened image, so the fields stay selectable.
Reorder before you merge. The merge tool previews every page, so you can drag pages into the order you want and drop the ones you do not need before anything downloads.
OCR a scan. It runs locally in English, French or Spanish and gives you a searchable text layer. Check the output on anything that matters, scanned tables especially.
Happy to answer questions about the limits, and the one worth repeating is that the signature is a drawn image rather than a certificate-based digital signature, so it will not satisfy anywhere that requires one.
