Hospitality is personal, but many guest questions are repetitive: What time is breakfast? How do I get in? Can I leave my bags after check-out?
Nous gives hotels, B&Bs and holiday rentals an AI concierge that answers using the property's own information, in seven supported languages. Guests open a personal link and can type or send a voice message; the concierge replies in text.
It also connects the conversation to the team. When a guest makes a request that needs staff attention, it can be passed to reception for follow-up. A late check-out request still needs the team's confirmation.
Hosts can prepare arrival instructions with photos, enable welcome emails before check-in, and collect private feedback after the stay. Property information, conversations, requests and usage analytics are managed from the dashboard.
