I built Notuta to fix a problem I kept seeing in property management: residents are always the last to know what's happening in their own building.
A pipe bursts, a meeting gets scheduled, the budget changes — and the information sits with the property manager. Neighbors find out late, through a paper notice in the lobby or word of mouth, if at all. That gap creates frustration on both sides.
Notuta closes it. It gives managers one place to run the building — units, incidents, expenses, meetings, polls — and gives residents real-time visibility into everything that affects their home. Report an incident, follow its status, vote in a poll, see what's scheduled. No more guessing.
The goal is simple: keep managers and residents on the same page, in real time.
