The problem: My inspiration for this app was a problem my mom used to face. Whenever she wanted someone in the family to pick something up from the store or get a task done, we usually messed it up, either by missing items on the shopping list or by forgetting the task altogether. Personal to-do apps assume one person owns everything. Group chats bury tasks. I wanted something in between.
What Notify does:

✋ Claim it, get it done: anyone can pick up a task, so nobody has to ask "who's doing this?" Everyone sees who took it and when it's done.

Location-based reminders sound much more useful than time-based alerts alone. Sharing lists with family is a nice bonus.
