While the tech world focuses on AI, I noticed property managers and contractors are still struggling with a very physical problem: broken Word templates for critical notices (like Fire Alarm Testing or Construction Zone warnings). If a template overflows the printer margins or lacks a Spanish translation, it can lead to severe OSHA fines or tenant disputes.
So, I built NoticeMint as a pure "web-to-print" engine. You type in the browser, and our CSS strict-locks the formatting to US Letter B&W standards. No margin issues, no login walls, just instantly printable PDFs with built-in compliance countdowns.
