Most AI notetakers need a meeting link. Noter AI records the meeting that happens in a room — a client visit, a 1:1, a site walk, a lecture — and turns it into a speaker-labeled transcript with timestamps, an executive summary, key points and action items. Transcribed and summarized in the language actually spoken, not translated from English, with a translation tab built in. Upload audio you already have. And when the meeting is online, send the bot to Zoom, Teams, Meet or Webex.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I'm Yousef, the solo developer behind Noter AI.
We launched here a year ago as a recorder that made summaries. Then something happened I didn't plan for: most of our users weren't recording Zoom calls. They were putting the phone on the table.
Sales reps after a client visit. Doctors after a consultation. A contractor walking a site. Students in a lecture hall. Almost every AI notetaker assumes there's a link to join, and if there isn't one, they do nothing.
So the last year went into two things.
Transcription that survives a real room. Not a clean headset feed. Background noise, people talking over each other, accents, and languages like Arabic that most tools handle badly or not at all. Speaker labels and timestamps on every line, translation one tab away.
Analysis worth reading. Executive summary, key points, decisions, action items, written in the language the meeting was actually spoken in rather than translated from English. You can also just chat with the meeting and ask what someone said about pricing.
The bot still joins Zoom, Teams, Meet and Webex with calendar auto-join. That works fine. It's just not the part I think we're best at.
Free to start, on iPhone, iPad and Android.
I'll be here all day. I especially want to hear from people whose meetings don't have a join link — what breaks for you?
