Turn scattered notes into tasks, calendar plans, and follow-ups. Notely’s AI assistant searches your notes and connected apps, proposes the steps, and waits for your approval before making changes. Keep your ideas and your work moving together.
Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Safar, the maker of Notely.
I kept writing plans in notes, then copying the useful bits into a task list, calendar, and other apps. I built Notely to make that handoff easier. Write naturally, ask the AI assistant what needs doing, review its proposed steps, and approve the changes you want.
Notely brings notes, dated tasks, calendar sync, and connected apps into one workflow. The approval step is deliberate: the assistant shows you each change before it acts, and an activity log shows what happened afterward.
If you try it, I'd love your honest take: where does turning a note into actual work still feel clumsy?
the bring-your-own-key model is the right call for something that's going to be reading through all your notes constantly, no recurring fee for you to swallow while it figures out if a suggestion is even useful. question on the approval step though: if it proposes a calendar task that actually conflicts with something already on your calendar, does it flag that before you approve, or do you find out after it's already sitting there double-booked?
Very neat, and impressive console, and very useful idea if works well... curious for the pricing.
My meeting notes are usually a mess, so I can see where this would help.
