NotchPit turns the space around your Mac's camera into a control center: music with synced lyrics, prayer times with adhan, your next meeting, and 64 extensions from uptime checks to revenue. Drag, resize and swipe them into your own layout. Try it free for 14 days, then buy once and keep it for life.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I built NotchPit because the notch on my MacBook was just… a notch. I kept switching windows to skip a song, check the next prayer time, or see if my site was still up.
NotchPit turns that space into a control center you arrange yourself:
• Music from Spotify and Apple Music, with synced lyrics
• Prayer times (JAKIM in Malaysia, MUIS in Singapore, AlAdhan elsewhere) and an optional adhan, with Stop right in the notch
• Your next meeting, with one click to join
• 64 extensions you turn on only if you want them: notes, tasks, weather, currency, file shelf, and for builders uptime & SSL checks, Polar revenue, Google Analytics, App Store and Play Console stats, GitHub, GitLab and Jira
• New in 1.1: drag cards into any order, resize them, swipe through carousel rows, and pull the notch down to open it
It's a native SwiftUI app for Apple Silicon Macs on macOS 14+, and it works on displays without a notch too. It asks for a permission only when you turn on the feature that needs it, and API keys stay in your Mac's Keychain.
Pricing is simple: 14 days free with no account or card, then one payment for a lifetime license, with a 14-day refund window.
What would you put in your notch? I'm here all day to answer questions.
