Hi Product Hunt! I'm Rudra, the maker of NotchMind. The notch on my MacBook sat there doing nothing all day, so I built an app that puts it to work. Hover over the notch and it opens into a small home for the things I reach for all the time: - Music controls with album art for whatever is playing - A drop zone for files: AirDrop, the File Shelf and quick file conversion - Downloads, timers, reminders and your calendar at a glance - Clipboard history, with Secret Guard keeping passwords and API keys on your Mac - Clean HUDs for volume, brightness, charging and AirPods Your clipboard and files stay on your Mac. Smart Mode, which suggests actions for what you copy, is off by default and only runs if you turn it on. It's a native Swift app for Macs with Apple silicon (macOS 15 or later). One-time purchase of US$15.99, no subscription, and the first 50 buyers get it for US$5.99 with the LAUNCH50 launch offer. One honest note: the app isn't notarized by Apple yet, so the first time you open it you'll need to click Open Anyway in System Settings > Privacy & Security. I'd love to hear what you want the notch to do next. You can also send ideas from inside the app: Settings > Support > Request a Feature.
