I built NotchHold out of daily frustration with macOS window management. Every time I tried dragging an image or snippet between two full-screen apps or across different Spaces, I found myself juggling trackpad gestures, dropping files mid-transit, or cluttering my desktop with temporary junk.
That black cutout at the top of modern MacBooks is usually just dead space. With NotchHold, it becomes a temporary holding zone:
