At Noon, we're passionate about revolutionising the way organisations approach well-being and productivity. By seamlessly integrating with Slack, our platform helps teams achieve a balance between health and productivity with our science-backed approach.
Back in February, my co-founder Hendrik-Jan and I set out to build a platform to empower team members to reflect on their relationship with work, and make their voices heard as a team in a safe, anonymous way when something doesn't fit.
Four months down the line, and we've just recently shipped the first version of Noon: our vision of a workplace well-being analytics platform that puts the privacy of team members first, providing a safe space for them to be really honest about how things are going in their work-lives.
By integrating with Slack, Noon sends just one question per day to each team member, building up a picture of how the team is doing across 6 key areas of work-life. Based on this data, we bring you a personal dashboard (private only to you) for your own use, and team-level dashboards, showing how the team as a whole is doing.
One goal we had from the day we started building is that all this data should be actionable. It's already possible to anonymously gauge how your teammates feel about different aspects of work-life via check-ins, and access our knowledgebase which contains a library of "hacks" for teams to use to build a better relationship with work. It's a start, but we're working hard on bringing even more actionability to the platform. Stay tuned!
Yes!! Especially when it comes to startups - anything with long hours where boundaries are likely to get blurred.
Amazing tool, I would recommend this to everyone! I think a lot of founders are not aware of the importance of using this kind of tool within their company.
This product has exceeded my expectations in every way. It's a true game-changer.
Congratulations on the launch! It looks promising and has great design work.
As it is well-known that administrators in Slack have access to all messages sent in their team, how do you plan on assuring users that their answers remain anonymous? A single breach of trust would destroy the value of anonymous feedback. Perhaps instead of using slack messages, you could send a link to a noon hosted feedback site so it could clear any doubts of nosy bosses.
The platform's value relies on administrators making correct decisions based on feedback. Are you supporting them in any way to increase team productivity? If so, please include it on your marketing website, as I was unable to understand the "actionable outcome" part of your formula.
Kudos on the launch! The product has a very polished, professional look and feel.
🎉🎉🎉 Congratulations on the launch of Noon, it's amazing to see how much progress you've made in just four months! 🚀🚀🚀I'm truly blown away by how you've managed to set the privacy of team members as a top priority while delivering a platform that empowers everyone to reflect on their relationship with work. 😍😍😍
I'd love to know more about how Noon can be used to support remote teams in particular. 🤔🤔🤔 Are there any specific features or use cases that you've found to be particularly helpful for teams that are geographically dispersed? And how do you think Noon can help build a stronger sense of community among remote workers? 🌎🌍🌏
Keep up the fantastic work - I can't wait to see what the future holds for Noon! 💪💪💪
As an HR professional, it's the product we needed. Seeing employees struggle with their mental health in a fast-paced and hybrid world is hard. It's become more and more challenging to support their well-being, Noon provides clarity on the real issues we need to tackle while providing them a safe space to reflect on they're really doing.
I find the science-based and data-driven approach to assessing mental health at work very interesting! Congratulations on the launch 🚀
I've been a fan of a similar solution called Erudit for a while now. Really like the visuals, and the idea is spot on. But as someone who's also been studying the HR market for a while now, I'm not really keen on someone reading our messages (I know they're probably encrypted and anonymous, but still!)

Who hunted Noon?
Noon was hunted by Saul Johnson. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
