Nonna MarIA was born from the love Italians have for their nonnas. Nonnas all have incredible cooking knowledge and warmth, and it's too bad that it doesn't always get passed on to the new generations.
That's why we created a digital nonna! Based on my actual grandma (yes, her name is Maria!) and a lot of cute stories from nonnas of our community chefs, we gave ChatGPT a whole new personality and an actual appearance.

I love this site! I have visited Italy 2x and love these recepies! The step by step videos are great. I like to see how things are supposed to look when I try new recepies. Can't wait to meet Nonna MarIA!
