Hey everyone.
I built Nomi because I got tired of how most weight loss apps just assume everyone works the same way.
You follow a plan, it works for a bit, then you hit a plateau… and the app basically just tells you to “stay consistent” like that explains anything.
Real life doesn’t work like that. Your routine changes, your adherence changes, your body adapts. And most tools don’t really adjust with you.
So Nomi is my attempt at fixing that, an adaptive fitness coach that actually responds to how you’re doing, not just what plan you started with.
This is still early, and I’m putting it on Product Hunt mainly to get honest feedback from people who’ve used these kinds of tools before.
