As a digital nomad and online business owner, I experienced first hand how proof-of-address issues affected expat LLC owners and non-resident founders. Banks, fintechs, and payment processors now want to see a lease or utility bill to prove that remote businesses maintain a physical U.S. presence. This is obviously very difficult and expensive to do if you live overseas.
I started Nomadpreneur as an affordable alternative to renting a traditional dedicated office space. Nomadpreneur addresses are not CMRAs, meaning that they aren't flagged automatically in the USPS system like most virtual mailboxes and virtual offices.
