I manage the volunteer hours and fundraising tracking for my kids' band parent group. It was a horrible spreadsheet, passed down through the ages, full of holes, broken formulas, and generally unusable.
So I set out to build Nohtis—a simple way to track volunteer hours and contributions across all of the organizations you're involved with.
The idea is that you shouldn't have to maintain a different spreadsheet for every organization, or spend hours putting together reports to figure out who did what.
Nohtis is still early, and I'm putting it out there because I want to see if this is actually a problem other people are dealing with—or if I've just spent way too much time fighting my own spreadsheet. 🙂
I'd love feedback from anyone who manages volunteer hours, fundraising, or participation for a school, nonprofit, club, or other organization.
And if you have a spreadsheet you'd describe as "passed down through the ages," I'd especially like to hear from you.

Who hunted Nohtis?
Nohtis was hunted by Thomas Smith. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
