I built Nodaform because most floor plan apps either stop at a nice picture or ask you to learn professional CAD. I wanted something in between: you type a measurement, the wall is drawn, and the result is a drawing a builder can actually work with.
Everything comes from one plan. Change a room and the 3D model, sections, elevations, sheets, quantities and cost estimate all update with it. On top of that there are electrical and plumbing layouts, a structural pre-check, fire safety checks with escape distances, and an AI assistant that edits the plan when you describe what you want.
The drawing tools are free (5 saved projects), and the app is available in 12 languages. Paid plans add things like scaled PDF sheets, AI render, DXF and IFC.
