I’ve always felt that most habit trackers focus heavily on checking off tasks, but building a habit is often about much more than whether you completed it today.
So I built Nitya as a place where you can track your habits, organize routines, and also reflect on how your days are actually going.
With Nitya you can:

I wanted the app to feel calm and useful rather than turning self-improvement into another source of pressure.
