Nitovi
All-in-one ERP, CRM, HR & POS for growing businesses
Most businesses juggle 5+ tools just to run day-to-day operations — one app for accounting, another for CRM, a separate one for payroll, and yet another for POS. Nitovi brings it all into a single dashboard: ERP, CRM, HRM, and POS in one platform. Manage sales, finance, HR, and inventory without switching tabs all day. Starter plans from $25/mo with a free trial. Built for small and growing businesses that need enterprise-grade tools without enterprise complexity or cost.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm Zihad — a student, and Nitovi is something I built and launched entirely on my own.
I kept seeing the same problem: small businesses cobbling together 4-5 different tools just to run day-to-day operations — one for accounting, one for CRM, a separate payroll app, another for POS. Nothing talks to each other.
Nitovi puts it all in one place: ERP, CRM, HRM, and POS in a single dashboard.
A few honest notes since I'm building this as a student with limited resources:
🔹 I'm currently running on a self-funded VPS rather than enterprise infrastructure — it works well today, but I'll be scaling it up as the user base grows
🔹 I haven't set up a US LLC or Stripe/PayPal business account yet, so alongside card payments, I've also added manual bank transfer as a payment option for now
🔹 Everything here is real and functional — I'd rather be upfront about where I am in the journey than pretend otherwise
If you're an investor, mentor, or just someone who's been where I am and wants to chat — I'd genuinely love to connect. And if you're a potential user, your feedback matters even more to me right now than it would to a funded startup, because I'm building this in real-time based on what people actually need.
Thanks for taking a look 🙏
How does the data migration actually work if I'm already using separate tools like QuickBooks and a standalone POS — is it a manual process or do you handle the import for you?
Finally gave the free trial a spin and was surprised how clean the inventory view feels, way less clunky than the spreadsheet mess I was juggling before.
how does the pricing actually scale as you add more users or need more modules, since the starter plan only mentions a base price?
How does Nitovi handle data migration from tools like QuickBooks or HubSpot during the trial, since switching everything at once sounds pretty risky for a small business?
How does Nitovi handle data migration if we're already stuck in QuickBooks and a separate POS system, and is that included in the starter plan or is it a paid add-on?
Finally tried Nitovi this week and the unified dashboard actually delivered, no tab juggling between the CRM and POS anymore. Setup was painless and the $25 starter plan feels reasonable for what you get.

Who hunted Nitovi?
Nitovi was hunted by MD ZIHAD HASAN. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post.
