Overwhelmed and disorganized by Codex and Claude Code? Nimbalyst wiki is a local wiki your agents write for you so you can think, organize, and set direction Your agents organize decisions, open questions, and the big picture into a wiki you can edit visually. It is a free plugin for Claude Code, Codex, Cowork, Cursor, VS Code or any MCP agent. No app or account needed. Pages are plain markdown, drawing, csv, clickable html files in your repo, and Claude opens them in your browser for editing.
Running several agents at once, I got overwhelmed and disorganized fast. Every session made decisions and raised questions, and I couldn't reread every transcript or markdown to find out what happened.
What it does: the agent writes a wiki for me as it works, but only what is significant, not all the details: key decisions, key questions and summaries of where things stand. The idea is if I handed this wiki to myself or an agent, it could rebuild to our current state. I read it, edit it, and use it to think, organize and decide what comes next.
Three things we learned using it:
- Each decision also records the option we passed over, so when someone brings the question back, the reason we chose the other way is on the page.
- Open questions stay on the page with an owner
- Less is more
/plugin marketplace add nimbalyst/nimbalyst-wiki
/plugin install nimbalyst-wiki@nimbalyst-wiki
/nimbalyst-wiki:setup
Keeping the option you passed over next to the decision is a useful detail. That is often the missing bit when someone reopens the same question a month later.
