I’m Shinji Osada, the developer of NijiCAD.
I’ve been using CAD for many years, starting with AutoCAD back in its good old days. Today, there are many AutoCAD-compatible alternatives, and I’ve tried a wide variety of CAD applications for 2D drafting.
However, I couldn’t find a CAD application that felt right for me and was truly comfortable to use.
That led me to develop NijiCAD — a simpler and more approachable 2D CAD that I would want to use myself.
I’m launching NijiCAD on Product Hunt because I’d love for more people to try it.
