I just finished up pat leave, so I launched a fun app for my kid (and yours).
It started as a quick project to learn more about vibe coding and what building can look like as a PM in 2026 while we awaited the birth of our first daughter, Emmy (born happy and healthy on Feb 23 🐣).
150+ hours later and it’s turned into a full blown experience that I’m ready to share with others who might have some fun with it too.
Learned a lot and created a much more scalable workflow along the way with tools like Cursor, Linear, GitHub, Figma, and Claude.
Excited to carry those learnings into future side projects (more on that coming soon!) and back to my day job with my team at Uber.
Incredibly grateful to have the ability to create this special kind of love note for my daughter.
