I built NGScorecard because I couldn't find one place that tracked what Nigerian leaders actually promised against what they delivered — with real dates and sources, not vibes.
It covers every Nigerian president since 1999 and every governor across all 36 states — sitting and former — on promises, fraud cases, executive orders, budgets, and more. Every rating follows a published methodology, and corrections are logged publicly.
Not for profit, not affiliated with any government or party. The dataset is CC-BY — mirror it, cite it, build on it. Source is AGPL.
