Product updates deserve better than text-only changelogs, expensive agency cycles, or generic AI slop. ngram’s AI video agent turns release notes, specs, screenshots, docs, URLs, and product recordings into polished, on-brand videos for launches, demos, onboarding, support, sales, and social. It plans the message, writes the script, builds the storyboard, creates visual variants, and helps teams communicate every product story clearly.
We built ngram because video has become the fastest way for product and marketing teams to communicate, but making it well still feels gated by time, specialized skill, and budget.
Most product and marketing teams already have the raw material: release notes, screen recordings, docs, screenshots, decks, rough ideas. What they don't have is the production cycle to turn that material into a polished launch video, demo, or social cut every time the message changes.
ngram closes that gap. You bring what you have and tell us who it's for. ngram writes the script, builds the storyboard, generates the visuals, polishes the screen recording, applies your brand, and gives you a strong first cut. From there, you edit in plain language: "make it shorter," "use the product clip in scene 2," "create a LinkedIn version," "translate this into Japanese."
Start with the agentic Mode: describe the video you want and ngram builds the whole plan and draft.
Built for PMMs, PMs, growth teams, sales enablement, and customer success who need launch videos, product demos, social cuts, and persona variants on a regular cadence.
For the Product Hunt community: 25% off the first month or year on Plus and Pro plans. What we'd love from you: try it on something you'd actually ship this week, then tell us what worked, what didn't, and what's missing. We're especially curious about the moments where the AI got close but not quite right.
Anish (our founder) and the team will be in the thread all day. Thanks for taking a look 🙏
Turning release notes into polished videos is a dream for PMs. It’s the best way to ensure the work actually gets noticed by users. Can we customize the 'on-brand' elements like voiceover tone or specific color palettes to match our existing marketing assets?
Can you lock a brand kit so every video keeps the same voice, fonts, and motion style?
Kinda wild how quickly it turns rough ideas into clean product videos. Congrats on the launch!
Whether you're a content creator, startup, marketer, or product team, making good videos consistently is still really hard.
Launch videos, explainers, motion graphics, product updates, YouTube videos, social content... ngram helps turn rough ideas, docs, recordings, and screenshots into polished videos way faster.
We’ve been obsessing a lot over quality because honestly most AI video tools still don’t feel usable for real production work yet.
But ngram is here now 🙂
You can finally create videos for your use case and actually feel good sharing them with your friends, team, or community.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Anish, co-founder of ngram. We are excited to share ngram today.
The idea came from a very real pain we kept running into while working on an earlier product.
Every time we shipped a feature, we wanted to explain it properly to customers. Not just with a text changelog, but with a clear product video, a short social version, maybe a launch post, sales material, and something support could use.
But the video part always became the bottleneck.
We would send notes, screenshots, recordings, and product context to an agency or freelancer. Then came the calls, scripts, storyboards, edits, revisions, and back-and-forth. By the time the video was ready, the product had often already moved on.
That felt broken.
Fast-moving product teams should not need an agency cycle every time they want to explain what they shipped.
So we built ngram: a video agent for product and marketing teams.
You bring release notes, specs, screenshots, docs, URLs, or product recordings. ngram turns them into polished, on-brand videos for launches, demos, onboarding, support, sales, and social.
We’re still early, but the mission is simple:
Product updates deserve better than text-only changelogs.
Would love your feedback, questions, and brutally honest thoughts.

Who hunted ngram?
ngram was hunted by Anish Muppalaneni. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
