I'm a huge fan of NewOaks. I've found their approach to chat bots to be top of the pack.
They have many cool features such as SMS, human takeover, multilingual, and support for both OpenAI and Claude. Their support is rapid and their founder, @ray_luan is great to deal with. One of the best parts of NewOaks is that he listens to his community and develops the features which people ask for.
For example, human takeover was something which the early userbase requested and Ray listened. He had conversations with users such as myself on what we wanted this to look like and actively worked to fully understand our use-case. His team then built this feature and integrated it within a couple months. Now you're able to have your agents takeover chats that are in progress through a mobile app on either iOS or Android.
I have never seen any other chatbot company with this level of dedication to their customers.
