We build software for clients out of Dehradun, India. 50+ projects across education, healthcare, e-commerce and travel. And we kept failing to hire, because candidates had certificates but had never shipped anything.
So we made the training half of the company real. The same engineers who build client software teach it. Data engineering, DevOps, cloud, full stack and Python, every programme ending in a project a mentor reviews rather than a certificate.
Services fund it. The LMS is the part that compounds. Curriculum, hours and fees are all public on the site.
