I built neveruploaded after getting frustrated uploading sensitive documents to "free" tools and wondering what happens to them afterward.
The insight: your CPU is already fast enough. WebAssembly and ffmpeg.wasm now let a browser do what used to require a server. So I asked - why are we still uploading files at all?
The hardest part wasn't the tools. It was making AI features (background removal, face blur, Whisper transcription) run fully offline in a browser. No API calls, no GPU server, no bill per inference.
