I created Netflare because I saw a huge gap in Operational Excellence (OpEx) and service uptime between startups and big tech. Despite being in the industry for 15 years, a decade of which at Amazon, I don't think I've ever seen an easier way to "keep your finger on the pulse" of your website or API endpoints. It's amazing that the Netflare found a way to do this completely unobtrusively.
