One thing that would make it way more useful for my team is a built-in fairness tracker that flags when someone keeps getting stuck with the closing shift or back-to-back weekends. Right now schedulers have to eyeball it, but if NeoSked could surface that automatically and suggest swaps to balance things out, it would save a lot of awkward conversations and help us catch burnout before it happens.
The drag-and-drop adjustments after auto-generation feel really well thought out, like the devs actually tested edge cases instead of just shipping the AI part and calling it done.
